I would suggest a modification to the CPE setup: the dhcp lease time should be increased. The default 1700 seconds is about 28 minutes, so your customers will renew their lease quite often. I had a situation where a gamer was getting hit by ~10 second pauses while playing that I think we traced to this. Since then I have been setting the lease time to 180000 seconds (2+ days).

Another issue I'm currently considering is signal levels. It is rare that I get such a solid connection (usually my problem is the other direction) but one client has a -43. I think the radio power level should be turned down, since other clients are low 70s at best.
